Opportunity Overview:

This role is designed for candidates who combine technical understanding with a commercial mindset. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for business development, customer engagement, and driving growth by promoting Bullflex’s portfolio of rubber conveyor beltings & special-purpose belting solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with OEMs, quarrying & crushing plants, EPC contractors, cement plants, ports, mines, and other industrial customers across Gujarat.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Engineer at Bullflex Rubbers Private Limited, your responsibilities will include:

1. Identify new business opportunities in crushing plants, mining units, cement plants, OEMs, and material-handling industries across Gujarat.
2. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for conveyor belts and value-added products.
3. Generate leads, conduct field visits, and convert inquiries into profitable orders.
4. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
5. Act as the technical point of contact for customers; understanding their requirements, belt specifications, applications, load conditions, and usage patterns.
6. Ensure post-sales support, follow-ups, payment follow-up coordination, and overall customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct site visits and technical evaluations for belt selections, jointing patterns, and suitability assessments.
8. Suggest optimal belt types such as EP conveyor belts, Chevron belts, Heat-Resistant belts, M24/N17 grades, and special-purpose beltings based on customer applications.
9. Present Bullflex’s technical strengths, quality differentiators, and performance benefits.
10. Coordinate with the internal teams — Commercial, Production, QC, and Dispatch — to ensure timely delivery and customer commitments.
11. Track order confirmations (OC), dispatch schedules, and lead times.
12. Support pricing discussions and ensure competitive yet profitable quotations.
13. Prepare weekly MIS reports covering leads, visits, conversions, and market trends.
14. Provide insights about competitor pricing, dealer movements, and product performance in the Gujarat belt market.
15. Actively participate in exhibitions, customer meets, and technical presentations.
16. 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, or B2B Engineering Sales.
17. Experience in industries like Mining, Crushing, OEMs, Heavy Machinery, Rubber Products, Material Handling Equipment, Foundry, Cement, or Infrastructure is highly preferred.
18. Basic understanding of conveyor systems, EP fabrics, rubber grades, belt specifications, and industrial applications.
19. Ability to read and explain technical data sheets (MTDS).
20. Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Email communication).
21. High level of confidence, initiative, and drive for achieving targets.
22. Excellent client-handling, negotiation, and field sales abilities.
23. Ability to travel extensively across Gujarat.
24. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related engineering fields.
