SALES - Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer My Placement is looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and self-driven professional to join us as a ‘Sales Engineer - Hyderabad, Telangana’ for our various verticals that include equipment and solutions for construction, mining, cargo handling and on-road load handling. Key Responsibility Areas: You will be responsible for rolling out our sales strategy, developing business and creating profitable growth in the southern region of India. • Develop and grows the brand in your region • Meet the sales forecasts and budgets in keeping with overall business goals. • Driving sales initiatives and co-ordinating with the service team to help them achieve goals. • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle that includes building a pipeline of potential customers, presenting products and solutions to meet their needs, and finalising the terms and conditions for deals. Communicate potential leads for the entire sales team (across regions) • Grow and develop a distribution network to drive sales. • Build and grow enduring relationships with customers. • Monitor and achieve critical parameters like machine performance, customer satisfaction, accounts receivable and dealer performance. Desired skills: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • MBA is desirable and not essential. • Strong technical knowledge of relevant equipment • Ability to learn fast and gather strong product knowledge to support and troubleshoot with customers and distributors. • Effective communication skills (Both verbal and written) in English, Telugu and other regional languages. • Self-assured, detail-oriented, persistent, and resilient. • A team player who can lead and manage people. • Strong business acumen with relevant commercial knowledge.
