Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Metrology Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, presenting metrology solutions to clients, and providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision measurement technologies (CMMs, Vision Systems, Laser Scanners, 3D Metrology, Gauges, Fixtures, Portable CMM, etc.) is preferred with a passion for customer engagement and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within assigned territories or industries.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable metrology solutions, including equipment, software, and services.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to prospects and clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, quotations, and ROI analyses.
  • Work closely with application engineers and product specialists to support customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Attend trade shows/Exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies in quality.
  • Provide customer feedback to principle and marketing teams.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical , Electronics or a related technical field.
  • 1-4 years of sales experience, preferably in Metrology Sales
  • Understanding of metrology systems such as CMMs, laser scanners, 3D optical measurement, gauges, fixtures or related equipment is preferred.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and technical decision-making processes.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel NCR and North of India.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with 2-D Drawings, 3-D Models and Quality control processes.
  • Previous experience in Industrial sales especially Capital equipment’s or Gauge/Fixtures or Small Tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
