Job Description

1. Role & responsibilities 1. Generate Enquiries and Leads: Identify potential customers, generate enquiries, and convert leads into sales opportunities. 2. Quotations and Proposals: Prepare and submit quotations with clear techno-commercial terms and conditions to customers. 3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions. 4. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications. 5. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors, analyze market trends, and provide insights to improve our competitive edge. 6. Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, expand our customer base, and contribute to the company's growth. 7. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate sales records, submit reports, and perform administrative tasks as required. Preferred candidate profile 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, BBA, or a related field. 2. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the material handling equipment industry. 3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical material handling equipment, including design, application, and operation. 4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. 5. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer requirements, identify solutions, and provide technical support. 6. Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles, including pricing, costing, and profitability. 7. Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. 8.
