Role & responsibilities
1. Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns about products or services.
2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site product demonstrations, trials, and tests to showcase product capabilities and build customer confidence.
3. Sales Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generating leads and building relationships with potential customers.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
5. Technical Sales Reporting: Provide sales reports, technical feedback, and market intelligence to internal stakeholders, helping to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics.
