We are in the business of Turn- key Plants,Dryers, Evaporators, Mixers, Process Equipments, Boilers. Job Summary : The Sales Engineer International Business is responsible for exploring new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and driving sales growth in global markets. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, knowledge of export regulations and international trade policies, and strong sales acumen to effectively promote and sell equipment and process solutions to international clients. Key Responsibilities : Sales Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to customers. Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Technical Support Product Knowledge : Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Work closely with the engineering and RD teams to offer customized solutions. Prepare technical proposals, sales presentations, and commercial offers. Sales Operations Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and documentation. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international clients. Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade policies. Reporting Performance Analysis : Track sales performance, analyse data, and generate reports. Provide regular updates to the management on market trends, customer feedback, and sales forecasts. Qualifications Skills : Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or related field. MBA in International Business is a plus. Experience : 2-5 years in international sales of industrial equipment or process solutions. Technical Knowledge : Understanding of drying, evaporation, and ZLD technologies is an advantage. Language Skills : Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial. Soft Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Other Requirements : Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Note : : This role requires candidates with prior experience in distillery or evaporator erection projects, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
