Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client meetings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship management. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Provide technical support to customers on product features, applications, and troubleshooting issues. Present products or services in instrumentation industry that would be beneficial to our client business Plan detailed presentations that show clients our product info and benefits Meet with clients at appointments for sales presentations Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in industrial automation sales or related field (diploma holders preferred) Strong understanding of industrial automation products such as PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators etc. Excellent negotiation skills for closing deals and building rapport with clients Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines Willingness and ability to travel on field Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways Excellent written and oral communication skills Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports Negotiation and problem-solving skills
