Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Engineer at HBC-radiomatic India located in Pune. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service, preparing and submitting offers, techno-commercial discussions, exhibitions, seminar, demo participation. The Sales Engineer will also collaborate with the other sales, projects and service team to meet sales targets and drive business growth. JOB PROFILE: You shall be responsible for sales related activities for complete product range, covering all over India. You shall be responsible for business generation, business development of the company. You shall be responsible for meeting the sales targets with the designated customers in the assigned territory. To generate new customer accounts, new sectors for the business. You shall be responsible for the training & performance of dealers / distributors allotted to you. Responsible for sales promotion activities like exhibition participation, customer visits, trials/demos at customer end. You will have to conduct presentations; seminars, exhibitions & road shows independently. Visit and study the customer requirement, machines, understand technical requirements, various controls of the machine, Prepare transmitter layouts and electrical wiring diagrams to submit alongwith the offer. You will report on daily basis to the Sales Manager. Travelling all over India. REQUIREMENTS: - Preferred Male candidate as it involves all over India travel. Good oral and written skills. Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi. Qualified Bachelor of Engineering E & TC/ Electrical/Electronics only. Must be conversant with electrical wiring diagrams, terminology, Working knowledge of ERP system, Must have 2 to 4 year experience in electronics, automation field, Job location, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
