Job Title: Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer Location: Navi Mumbai (Mahape & Vashi) Reporting to: GM Sales Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background and experience in the conveyor or automation industry. The role involves business development, client relationship management, sales execution, and market research to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Client Relationship Management Identify and develop new customers and market segments to drive business expansion. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business. 2. Sales & Order Management Achieve order booking targets and contribute to revenue growth. Negotiate contracts for projects of varying sizes while ensuring profitability. Support order execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions. 3. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Gather and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches. 4. Payment & Documentation Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and manage necessary documentation. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 3-4 years in technical sales, preferably in the conveyor or automation industry. Skills & Competencies: Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
