Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist the International Business Manager in handling KSA outbound sales support and back-end activities
  • Coordinate with inbound and cross-functional teams to ensure timely responses and solutions for KSA customers.
  • Support marketing activities, including:
  • Identifying new prospects and customer domains in export markets.
  • Conducting cold calls, lead generation, and email outreach.
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support for international business operations
  • Prepare and share reports, quotations, presentations, and dashboards as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • BE Electrical/BE electronics/BE Instrumentation.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, or international business preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities affectively, and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn,
  • Fluent in English
