Job Overview Fluxus Elevators Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team as a Sales Engineer The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and customer follow-up activities. The Field Sales Assistant will also assist with organising and attending sales meetings, events, and presentations as needed. Responsibilities Assist the sales team with prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold calling, site visits, emailing, and social media outreach. Schedule and attend sales meetings, events, and presentations with customers and prospects. Liaising with Civil Engineer and Architect Support the sales team with preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals. Collaborate with other departments to gather information, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. Document and track all customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system. Provide feedback and insights to the sales team regarding customer needs, preferences, and challenges. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Marketing or a related field. Fresher Or 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the elevator or construction industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed.
