Sales Engineer- Estimation & Billing

### **Role Overview** The Estimation & Billing Executive plays a critical role in project planning and financial control by preparing accurate cost estimates, managing billing processes, and ensuring timely invoicing aligned with project milestones. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with project, procurement, and finance teams to maintain transparency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. --- ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Estimation** - Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, BOQs, and site conditions.   - Analyze project requirements, material specifications, and labour needs to prepare accurate estimates.   - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams for technical clarifications.   - Review vendor quotations and incorporate accurate pricing into estimates.   - Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client requirements. ### **Billing & Invoicing** - Generate and submit client invoices with all supporting documentation, measurements, and certifications.   - Track billing schedules and ensure invoices are raised as per project milestones.   - Coordinate with project managers and finance teams to verify quantities, approvals, and progress.   - Follow up with clients for invoice approval and payment status. ### **Documentation & Compliance** - Maintain records of estimates, invoices, variations, and client communications.   - Ensure proper documentation for audits, compliance, and contractual obligations.   - Prepare MIS reports related to estimation, billing progress, and revenue forecasts.   ### **Client Support & Coordination** - Handle client queries related to estimates, billing, and documentation.   - Provide timely support to ensure smooth communication between project and client teams.   - Ensure transparency and accuracy in all billing-related interactions. --- ## **Skills & Qualifications** - Strong analytical and numerical skills.   - Good understanding of construction/project drawings and specifications.   - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or billing software (if applicable).   - Excellent communication and coordination abilities.   - High attention to detail and accuracy.
