Responsibilities: To own assigned Sales targets for Gases and Engineering products from specific segment / markets allocated from existing customers from both Domestic and International. - Responsible to develop business for new products or new segments or new markets (Domestic and International) as per the Business plans -To participate in Trade fairs and relevant exhibitions towards Product promotion, Brand building and lead generation. -To ensure high level of Customer satisfaction by providing suitable solutions and after sales support. -To own the responsibility of right pricing and timely collection for every order placed. -To work on team development and target achievement of team members. Skills & Abilities : 1. Market Analysis and Business Development. 2. Product Positioning 3. Excellent Verbal and Written Commutation 4. Good interpersonal & Presentation skills 5. High level of ownership 6. Result orientation 7. Customer centric approach Willingness to travel.
