Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Capital Placement Services, located in Huda City Centre, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

Represents Etrack Products in the Market Area or defined focus area/region/country.
Establishes contacts and maintains relationships with operative personnel and management in customer organizations.
Focuses on generating new sales opportunities and follows up on RFQs, proposals, and POs.
Acts as the representative of Etrack products in front of customers, identifying and following up on customer needs, upcoming investments, and future plans.
Develops an understanding of customer applications and company product positioning.
Conducts market research and competition analysis and provides feedback to the Marketing team.
Collaborates with the Etrack and global Keestrack team to identify, understand, and follow up on opportunities.
Proactively builds a sales funnel among the customer base and ensures relevant CRM compliance.
Supports locally the actions related to Net promoter score (NPS) and customer feedback as well as quality-related issues.

Job Requirements

BTech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
1-4 years of sales experience.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language (as per location).
Strong knowledge of construction equipment and sales engineering principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
