Position Overview:

Bergen Associates Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer, Assistant Manager, Manager for the PCB manufacturing & Inspection machine division. As a Sales Engineer, Assistant Manager, Manager, Candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our high-tech PCB manufacturing and Inspection machines. Will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, a proven track record in sales leadership, and a passion for delivering solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

Experience: 2-10 Years (B2B Sales)

Report to: CEO


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's & Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B Sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for representing the product to customers and Develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails, to maintain contact with the customer for products like PCB manufacturing machineries, PCB assembly Machinery, Semiconductors & rework Equipment.

• Gain clear understanding of customer business and requirements to try to meet those requirements. KYC (Know your customer).

• To Generate relevant sales enquiry & target-based enquiry.

• Understand customers requirement and provide them appropriate solution and quotations.

• Negotiate the terms and conditions on agreement and closing sales to seek the best solution. (Subject to approval levels defined)

• Should sell electronic products by explaining the product features, performing demonstration and promoting the value of product.

• Oversee the execution of project, delivery, installation and commissioning, and after-sales support.
