Sales Engineer Position at Bell Cooling Towers 1. Position Overview: Bell Cooling Towers is seeking a Sales Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the cooling tower sector, preferably with experience in HVAC systems, and will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of orders. 2. Skills and Qualifications: • Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. • Industry Experience: Experience in the cooling tower sector is highly desirable. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, emails, and Google Docs. • Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi. • Interpersonal Skills: Amicable, collaborative team player who can integrate seamlessly into the team without relying solely on authority. • Motivation and Adaptability: Eager to learn, grow, and prove oneself in a rapidly evolving environment. 3. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Sales Engagement: Participate actively in the sales team, understanding products and sales processes. • Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries and pitches assigned to you. • Tender Participation: Engage in tendering processes and attend client meetings. • Order Management: Close sales orders and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth execution. • Process Adherence: Follow established systems and processes diligently.
