Sales Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer to join our team in Ludhiana . Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region Visit clients regularly to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions Demonstrate deep product knowledge and consult customers on application-specific solutions Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure after-sales support Coordinate with the operations team for product delivery Provide market intelligence and competitor activity reports to management Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product demos when require Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field 1–3 years of experience in industrial/B2B technical sales, preferably in tools, cutting tools, or machinery Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in automotive/ancillary sectors Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Ludhiana, Punjab (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person
