Location : Chakan, Pune Designation : Sales Engineer - Territory Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Engineer to drive lead generation and sales growth within the Pune region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline and converting leads into successful client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other sources. Outreach & Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, in-person visits, and presentations. Sales Funnel Management: Qualify leads, understand client needs, and work towards closing sales in collaboration with internal teams. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or engineering sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for consultative selling. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to work in a startup environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
