Sales Engineer

Job Description

Research and design audio-visual and networking solutions from a set of construction drawings or a site survey. Communicate with customers via various channels such as telephone and emails to resolve technical questions and propose optimal solutions. Evaluate drawings, site surveys, existing estimates to determine the project cost estimate. Collaborate with the estimation team to create timely and accurate proposals in DTools. Outbound Calling (cold and warm) through lead generation to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective customers and contacts. Use excellent verbal skills to engage customers in conversation and effectively determine needs and requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Ability to read & understand cabling pull schedules, floor plans, ceiling plans, riser diagrams & line diagrams. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management. Strong knowledge/experience of signal flow, audio-visual signal types, connector types & terminations. Strong knowledge/experience with control/automation systems: Crestron, AMX, and Extron. A good methodical approach to tasks, ability, and interest to learn new technologies. Experience 0-2 years of experience. Freshers may apply. Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or any correlating degree. Ability to organize activities and work well in a team environment. Basic knowledge of networking, fiber optics, cabling infrastructure required. Experience and certifications with AV manufacturers and equipment. Work Location Mangalore, Karnataka (Currently we are not open to remote work option).
