Role: Sales Enablement Specialist Experience: 3 to 5 years Qualification: Any Graduate Location: Chennai (Work From Office) Employment: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to manage and streamline post-onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in handling client contracts, employee agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs). This role is crucial in supporting the sales, legal, and HR teams by maintaining seamless documentation workflows and enabling smooth post-sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage client contracts, employee agreements, and SOWs post-onboarding. Optimize documentation processes and ensure best practices. Work closely with sales, HR, legal, and operations to ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution. Close, coordinate, and follow up until the billing stage is completed. Act as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals. Timely coordinate with the legal team across India and North America to ensure compliance. Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and track key milestones. Provide guidance on document storage, retrieval, and version control for easy access. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations . Assist in resolving documentation-related queries from employees and clients. Qualifications: 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Program Management . Experience in sales enablement content creation and process optimization . Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, compliance, and CRM systems . Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination. Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills . Ability to work in the US Shift North America Team . Role & responsibilities
