Sales Director – Raw & Ruckus 📍 Mumbai | Full-time | On-site About Us We’re Raw & Ruckus — a cloud kitchen brand born in Mumbai, rooted in hydroponic farming and obsessed with flavor. Our food is bold, clean, and designed to keep you coming back (think macro-counted meals that don’t taste “healthy”). We’ve cooked for marathons, pop-ups, office teams, and wellness freaks. Now we’re scaling up — corporate subscriptions, intimate event catering, and delivery growth are all on the table. And we need a Sales Director to lead the charge. What You’ll Do This role is all about building relationships, chasing opportunities, and driving business. You'll: Pitch and close corporate tie-ups for healthy meals and snack subscriptions Bring in B2B clients (think HR heads, office admins, and workplace wellness teams) Grow our small event & catering vertical — office parties, launches, private gigs Explore channel partnerships and smart brand collabs Represent Raw & Ruckus at events, expos, and every relevant room in the city Build reporting systems, track KPIs, and evolve sales strategy as we grow Eventually hire and lead your own sales team — we’re building for scale You’re a Great Fit If You Have… 8–10 years in B2B sales / corporate partnerships / business development A strong network in Mumbai’s corporate circle (HR, Admin, Procurement, CXOs) Confidence pitching to decision-makers and closing smart deals Hunger to build from scratch in a fast-growing, founder-led setup Strong communication, hustle, and follow-through Bonus: You’ve worked in food, wellness, or events before Why Raw & Ruckus?
