Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 7-8 sales executives, ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of 7-8 sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure regular business and customer satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for escalations and critical negotiations. Business Development: Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the companys reach and revenue streams. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new segments and geographies. Sales Target Achievement: Work closely with the team to set monthly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement. Monitor and analyze sales performance, taking corrective actions as needed. Reporting and Strategy: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and execution plans. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales, with 3-5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the dairy or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Why Join Us?
