Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales - DGM/AGM/Sr. Manager/Manager (Commercial & Residential Both) at Aarize Group. The role entails managing both commercial and residential sales functions, identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales strategies to achieve targets. Responsibilities include client presentations, negotiations, contract management, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Qualifications Strong Sales skills and experience in both commercial and residential sectors. Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Communication abilities. Superior Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead sales initiatives. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Experience in the real estate industry is highly beneficial.
