Job Title : Sales Development Representative (SDR) Experience : 2 to 5 years Notice Period : Immediate joiners or max 15 days Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka (USA timing) Responsibilities : Manage inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule initial appointments. Serve as the first contact for high interest leads. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups targeting cold or lukewarm prospects with personalized approaches. Achieve performance metrics in outreach volume, follow-up rates, and lead conversions. Skills : Experience in SaaS, SaaS test automation, and sales. Strong communication and proactive engagement capabilities. Shifts : USA Shift: 19:30 to 4:30 AM IST (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
