About Us: Voiro is a Bangalore-based company that provides cloud-hosted workflow management solutions designed specifically for enterprises that generate revenue from advertising sales on their owned and operated platforms. Our mission is to continuously simplify business processes to accelerate publishers inventory sales while making relevant data accessible across their monetization workflow. Your Role: As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales process, helping to onboard advertisers and grow demand for our premium inventory. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top brands and agencies while developing expertise in digital advertising and media sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential brands and agencies via cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Interest Generation: Pitch the value of the Brand Center to decision-makers and secure platform demos or introductory meetings for the sales team. Prospect Research: Conduct market research to identify advertisers and agencies that align with our marketplace offerings. Pipeline Building: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, tracking outreach and engagement metrics in CRM tools. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and share feedback from prospects. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze outreach performance and conversion rates, sharing insights to optimize prospecting efforts. What We re Looking For: Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or customer engagement, ideally within the advertising or media space. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, programmatic buying, or premium publisher environments is a bonus. Skills: Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to craft persuasive outreach messages. Sales Savvy: Proven ability to qualify leads and engage decision-makers effectively. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.ai, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess prospect needs and measure the impact of outreach efforts. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced ad tech environment with a growth mindset.
