Sales Development Representative

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and generate sales leads.

Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing product information and support.

Maintain a positive, professional, and persuasive communication tone on calls.

Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.

Follow up with interested clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain and update daily call logs, lead status, and CRM records accurately.

Coordinate with the field sales team for client visits, follow-ups, and order finalization.

Meet daily and weekly calling and sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.

Share customer feedback and market insights with the senior sales team for continuous improvement.

Participate in team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews to enhance product and sales knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
