Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Kochi, India (On-site) Company: Smacon Technologies Pvt Ltd– Digital Transformation Services and Solutions. About Us: Smacon helps businesses in India, UAE, and the USA with innovative digital transformation solutions. We're building a dynamic sales team in India to scale our reach in global markets. Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and driven SDR to identify, connect, and qualify leads via cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, working closely with our sales lead and marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify ideal clients in India, UAE, and the USA Send outbound cold emails and LinkedIn messages daily Make cold calls to qualify leads and schedule meetings Maintain CRM with accurate lead data and activity tracking Work with the digital marketer to align outreach with campaigns Report on outreach performance and suggest improvements Requirements: 1–2 years of sales or telecalling experience preferred (freshers with strong English and confidence may apply) Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable with cold outreach and talking to international clients Basic understanding of CRM and email tools (MS365, Apollo, etc.) Highly organized and target-driven What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance bonuses Training and career growth opportunities International exposure and hands-on sales experience A startup-like team culture and a collaborative work environment Working Hours: Primarily India hours, with flexibility for overlapping UAE/USA time zones as needed.
