Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in the US market to drive lead qualification, engagement, and conversion. The SDR will handle leads from multiple channels (cold email, inbound, ads, social media) and work closely with the sales team to accelerate pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities: Qualify and prioritize leads from multiple channels. Engage with prospects, handle objections, and build rapport. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify and engage potential leads. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with detailed lead insights. Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up consistently with interested leads. Drive lead conversion by nurturing leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and targeting. Track and report performance metrics to improve conversion rates. Manage RFP responses and ensure timely follow-ups. Requirements: 2-5 years of sales development experience, targeting the US market . Proven track record in handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales engagement tools. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM tools like Huspot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Close and other sales engagement platforms. Highly organized and results-driven. Must be flexible to work in US time zones. Experience in SaaS product or service selling is a plus.
