Job Description

Ripplica is a VC-backed automation platform that lets anyone spin up powerful AI assistants without touching code, APIs, or complex integrations. Show it what you want in a quick video, Ripplica takes it from there.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

You will collaborate closely with the founders and sales team to generate leads, craft personalized outreach using Ripplica’s own AI tools, and help shape our go-to-market playbook.

What you’ll do:

Research and identify high-potential leads in AI, SaaS, operations, and tech
Connect with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and calls
Qualify prospects, understand their challenges, and schedule product demos
Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly activity metrics
Continuously learn about AI automation, outbound strategies, and startup growth

What we’re looking for:

Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Excited about how AI can transform sales and operations
Curious, persistent, and eager to learn fast
Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling objections
Organized and data-oriented
Prior exposure to SaaS or B2B sales is a plus
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Apollo is preferred
