Job Description

As a SDR at Lyzr, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and helping to drive the growth of our sales pipeline. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and set the stage for successful sales engagements. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, has a keen interest in AI, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and industry events. Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for Lyzr s solutions. Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring a positive experience with Lyzr. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads, provide feedback on lead quality, and collaborate on campaign strategies. Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads using our CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Regularly report on lead generation and qualification activities. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Lyzr s offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to prospects. Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings set. Qualifications: Experience: 4 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects at various levels of seniority. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft), and other technology platforms to manage leads and track activities. Customer-Centric: Strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand and articulate customer pain points and how Lyzr s solutions can address them. Self-Motivated: Highly driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and market dynamics. Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team, contributing to collective goals and success.
