Tailor product presentations and discussions to address specific client requirements effectively. Process-Driven Execution: Implement and rigorously follow sales development processes, including lead tracking, nurturing cadence, and documentation. Collaborate closely with the sales team to seamlessly transition nurtured leads into the sales pipeline. Effective Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey the value proposition of our NaaS solutions. Demonstrate persuasive communication skills to secure meetings and appointments with potential clients. Education and Experience: Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in B.Tech, with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in pre-sales or technology sales, lead generation, or a related field. Showcase a track record of successful lead nurturing and achieving or exceeding targets. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports for analysis. Leverage data insights to refine lead nurturing strategies and increase conversion rates. Collaborative Mindset: Lead nurturing teams typically collaborate closely with sales teams. This collaboration fosters teamwork and helps build strong relationships between sales and marketing departments. It also provides opportunities to learn from experienced sales professionals. Qualifications: Proven experience in technology sales or pre-sales, lead nurturing, or a related field, ideally within the technology or telecom industry. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients. Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills. Process-oriented mindset with an unwavering commitment to following structured lead nurturing and sales processes. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and reporting. Willingness to adapt to a remote work environment with limited office requirements.
