Every time someone clicks a Meta or Instagram ad, it opens inside the in-app browser — not in Chrome or Safari. That single UX choice breaks logins, disables autofill, wipes cookies, and kills attribution.

InApp Redirect (IAR) helps eCommerce, D2C and online brands running social media ads, fix that broken funnel by automatically opening ad clicks in the native browser, restoring conversions, attribution, and ROAS.

What You’ll Do

• Research and reach out to new D2C/eCommerce brands via email, cold calls, Linkedin
• Tell a crisp, relatable story about how IAR helps brands recover lost conversions
• Write and send high-converting outreach emails (no robotic templates!)
• Run 15–20 min discovery calls to uncover pain points and book demos with the founders
• Keep CRM clean, track follow-ups, and share feedback on objections and patterns

What You Bring

• 1–3 years in B2B SaaS or MarTech sales, or worked closely with performance marketing or growth teams
• Excellent English communication — both written and spoken
• Understands basics of UTMs, attribution, Meta Ads, and funnels
• Comfortable writing creative email outreach and talking to D2C founders/marketers
• Self-driven, curious, and process-oriented (you enjoy clean CRM data!)

Must-Have

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Notion, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gamma App etc
• Sold SaaS products to eCommerce or D2C brands before
• Comfortable with email marketing, cold sales call
• Good with objection handling

Success Metrics

• 20–30 meetings booked per month (mix of inbound + outbound)
• 12–20 qualified SQLs/month
• 70%+ show rate on inbound calls
• Clean CRM with zero stale leads
