Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct high-volume outbound calls and cold outreach to build a pipeline of qualified leads across resellers, physiotherapy companies, and businesses targeting physical therapists. 2. Identify decision-makers within target companies and engage them effectively to introduce SPRY's solutions. 3. Utilize sales scripts, value propositions, and strategic questions to understand customer needs and align them with SPRY's offerings. 4. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to promote events, leveraging various channels including calls, emails, and LinkedIn. 5. Track event registration metrics and report on attendance rates, follow-ups, and engagement post-event. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activity, lead information, and follow-ups in the CRM system. 7. Track and report on lead conversion metrics, optimizing outreach strategies based on performance. 8. Provide regular updates to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and optimizing lead-nurturing processes. 9. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation strategies. 10. Share insights from outreach efforts to help refine target profiles, understand market needs, and identify emerging trends. 11. Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and innovative ways to increase lead engagement and conversion. 12. Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay informed about the industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities. 13. Continuously refine target lists and develop outreach strategies tailored to different segments (resellers, physiotherapy companies, and others targeting physical therapists).
