About

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving enterprise lead generation and revenue contribution for the India markets. The incumbent should have the ability to identify new prospects and problem statements and be responsible for total addressable market penetration

Key

  • Understanding OS1 TMS product offerings and use cases we solve
  • Develop and execute demand generation programs across multiple channels, including Outbound calls & email, webinars, events etc to contact potential customers and generate new sales opportunities
  • Build predictable new sales opportunity pipeline by scouting for opportunities from the target market segment
  • Knack to achieve sales target numbers especially focussed on building top of the sales funnel
  • Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities ( Strong knowledge of AMB (Account Based Marketing).
  • Multitasking across internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergies and seamless handover of a client from lead generation to contract closure stage
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Staying informed about competing products & services. Identifying new market segments for OS1
  • Regular update of all clients on Hubspot CRM
  • Disciplined and rigorous when it comes to daily opportunity qualification and lead nurturing

Key

  • 2-4 years of experience working as in outbound sales development
  • Background & fair understanding of technology / SaaS sales cycle. Logistics/Supply Chain industry experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social media outreach
  • Proficiency with tools (Hubspot preferred, Salesforce, Apollo, Lusha etc ), MS Office, Google Suite and Sales Engagement Platforms (Salesloft/ Outreach preferred)
  • Good understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer first approach
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Sharp business acumen and target orientation
