Job Description

Sales Execution: • Present and demonstrate IT products and services to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions and benefits. • Customize presentations and proposals based on client requirements and market trends. Relationship Management: • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Proactively communicate with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase engagement. • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues related to the products and services. Sales & Market Intelligence: • Use CRM tools and sales intelligence platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads, track communications, and forecast sales. • Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. • Stay up to date on emerging technologies, IT industry developments, and solutions that can be leveraged for client success. Proposal & Contract Negotiation: • Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts based on client needs and organizational goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals and contracts are aligned with service delivery capabilities. Reporting & Documentation: • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, sales interactions, and client information in the CRM system. • Generate regular reports on sales performance, lead generation progress, and market trends to share with senior management
