Role Description We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As an SDR at Billion BaseCamp, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing inside sales, and playing a pivotal role in business development and communication. Key Responsibilities - Lead generation and outreach via cold calls and emails - Scheduling qualified meetings with prospective clients - Nurturing relationships with senior executives, HNIs, and NRIs - Supporting the business development and sales teams - Continuously tracking and reporting on sales metrics and performance Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Experienced / Fresher - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
