Role & Responsibilities Leena AI is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our sales pipeline through strategic planning, lead generation, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for driving business success. As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing the SDR team and owning the teams lead gen quota. You will be guiding the SDRs, ensuring the adoption of best practices amongst the SDRs and keeping the team motivated towards achieving and surpassing the quota. Responsibilities- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) Develop and execute innovative strategies for lead generation to achieve sales targets. Set clear goals and KPIs for the team; monitor performance and provide regular feedback Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the lead-to-opportunity conversion rate. Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results Implement effective lead nurturing processes to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales pipeline, conversions, and team performance. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the SDR team. Requirements B2B SAAS experience for at least 5 years. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Development Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing a team size of at least 5 Sales Development Representatives and achieving sales targets. Experience in India Market especially mid and large customer segments Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field; MBA or additional certifications a plus. Experience working with CRM bonus points for Hubspot CRM Determined personality with a desire to grow and win A fair understanding of sales performance metrics
