Sales Development Executive

Role Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Development Executive to lead business growth initiatives through strategic planning, partner management, and effective marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership qualities and hands-on experience in driving sales through field marketing and partner development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of business partners/sales associates
• Identify growth opportunities in the local market
• Conduct regular partner meetings, performance reviews, and field visits
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Analyze marketing performance and report progress to senior management

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales and marketing in any field
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Must be open to fieldwork and travel within the assigned area
