Job Description

  • Team Building: Take responsibility for building and expanding your sales team using your personal network and connections. Identify potential candidates for recruitment and ensure a strong, motivated team is in place.
  • Training & Motivation: Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer handling. Motivate the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Business Development: Plan and organize sales visits to clients and prospects to generate new business opportunities. Identify potential markets and strategies to maximize business growth.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and continuous support to team members to enhance their performance. Monitor progress and implement strategies to increase productivity and revenue.
  • Meetings & Reporting: Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to review team performance, address challenges, and align team efforts with business objectives. Prepare reports and share insights with senior management for decision-making.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in Field Sales or Marketing.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream.
  • Age: 21 to 40 years.
  • Compensation: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits.
