Sales & Customer Support Inter

About the Role

BAVA Studios is looking for a hungry, sharp Sales & Customer Support Executive who can turn interest into orders and questions into confirmations.

You’ll be the voice of BAVA for our customers — replying to DMs, WhatsApps, and calls, solving product doubts, and converting Shopify visitors and carts into paid orders.

What You’ll Do

• Convert leads into sales
• Call/WhatsApp customers who showed interest (Add-to-Cart, abandoned checkout, DMs) and close the sale on Shopify.
• Explain sizes, fits, drops, and offers so the customer feels confident to buy.
• Handle customer queries
• Answer questions about fabric, sizing, shipping, returns, and order status.
• Help customers pick the right product based on their style and budget.
• Support Shopify orders
• Confirm COD orders over call to reduce RTO.
• Coordinate with the operations team for dispatch issues, delays, or reshipments.
• Own the customer experience
• Keep conversations polite, sharp, and on-brand.
• Maintain a simple daily log of calls made, queries resolved, and orders closed.

Who You Are

• Confident on phone & WhatsApp — you like talking to people and convincing them.
• Speak fluent Hindi & basic English (more is a plus).
• Organized and reliable — you follow up, you don’t forget.
• Comfortable using Shopify Admin (or ready to learn fast).
• Interested in streetwear, fashion, hip-hop, and startup culture.

Compensation & Details

• Base Pay: ₹5,000/month
• Incentives: 5% commission on every sale you close (tracked via your calls/WhatsApp + Shopify)
• Location: Remote (India) – occasional in-person meets if needed
• Type: Internship/entry-level with potential to convert into a full-time role based on performance
