Responsibilities:

• Engage with U.S. borrowers, clients, and loan officers across residential and commercial finance segments.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support professionally and compliantly.
• Assist borrowers through application, documentation, and follow-up stages to ensure timely loan closings.
• Maintain daily communication logs and update CRM/LOS systems accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams for status updates, issue resolution, and quality assurance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with clarity, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Meet assigned performance targets (SLA, response rate, conversion rate, and QA scores).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in U.S. sales or U.S. customer support processes (mortgage experience is a plus).
• Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).
• Tamil and Kannada fluency is an advantage.
• Proven track record in client engagement, objection handling, and relationship building.
• Comfortable working in night shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Consistent in meeting quality and service standards.

Compensation & Growth:

• Starting Salary: ₹ 60,000 per month during probation.
• Post-evaluation (3 months): Performance review and eligibility for role enhancement.
• After 6 months: Transition to an incentive-linked model based on conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Fast-track career growth into Team Lead and QA roles for top performers.
