We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Counselor to lead and support students to enroll in online courses in Robotics, Drones, etc. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process while representing the institution with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role also involves mentoring junior counselors, helping refine admissions strategies, driving sales, and working closely with academic and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students and families via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person sessions to provide detailed information on programs, admissions procedures, financial aid, and campus life. Lead Management: Effectively manage and follow up with prospective student leads through CRM systems to ensure timely responses and conversions. Application Support: Guide applicants through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment, including application review, interview scheduling, and document verification. Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior admission counselors by sharing best practices, training materials, and feedback. Event Participation: Represent the institution at education fairs, open houses, webinars, and other recruitment events. Reporting & Analysis: Track admissions metrics, provide regular updates, and recommend improvements based on data trends. Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments, marketing, and student services to ensure a smooth and engaging admissions journey.
