Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily schedules, client communication, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, quotations, and reports.
• Respond to client inquiries and route leads to the appropriate sales personnel.
• Assist in managing order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM/software.
• Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely service.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional efforts as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales coordination or support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of sales software or CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Local candidates from Aluva or nearby areas preferred.
• Must be a male candidate, as per role requirement.
