Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at our company, your role will involve handling customer inquiries, calls, emails, documentation, and coordination with the sales team. Your communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Word will be key in excelling in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer calls and address product or service inquiries effectively. - Professionally manage and reply to business emails. - Prepare, maintain, and organize quotation and enquiry documents. - Follow up with clients through calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction. - Update and maintain customer and enquiry records in MS Excel. - Generate reports, letters, and basic documents using MS Word. - Collaborate with the sales and accounts team to ensure smooth daily operations. - Maintain accurate filing and documentation for all sales activities. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication. - 1-2 years of experience in office coordination or sales support (Freshers may apply). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and confidence.
