Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and foster teamwork. Assist in managing communication with clients for timely responses and maintaining high client satisfaction. Prepare detailed and relevant sales reports and other necessary documentation on a regular basis. Monitor sales trends and market competition to suggest effective tactics and improvement strategies. Support lead generation initiatives and contribute to strategy development to acquire new clients. Track sales data and work with the sales team to meet sales goals and targets. Participate actively in sales meetings and coordinate follow-up actions to enhance team performance. Manage CRM systems and sales platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for management reviews.
