Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, customer service, and order management within the resin or chemical industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Coordination: • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, pricing, and product availability. • Process sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents. • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases. • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment. • Communicate with clients about order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payment terms. • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints. • Foster strong client relationships through prompt and efficient support. • Track outstanding payments, send reminders, and collaborate with Sales and Finance for collections. • Manage documentation for sales contracts, agreements, and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in the resin or chemical industry. Strong knowledge of sales processes, order management, and customer service. Proficiency in ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and organizational skills.
