Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales operations, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring effective communication between sales, design, detailing and internal teams. The candidate will assist in preparing QRFs, making quotations, tracking sales enquiries in ERP,

tracking sales orders, preparing reports, maintaining customer relationships, and facilitating a smooth sales process to achieve organizational goals. Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are critical for success in this role.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to assist sales processes seamlessly
  • Strong Customer Service and relationship management abilities to ensure client satisfaction
  • Effective Communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior experience in sales or administrative roles; industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
