Job Summary: Roles & Responsibilities: Actively follow up on leads provided by the company, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns. Negotiate and close deals while addressing client objections and concerns. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Maintain and update sales records and customer databases. Provide support in developing and implementing sales strategies. Participate in marketing initiatives to address lead issues and improve the sales funnel. Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand design needs and business objectives. Provide expert advice on branding, visual identity, and design strategy. Develop design concepts and present recommendations that align with company and client goals. Execute design projects, from initial concept to final production, ensuring high-quality results. Review and refine existing design assets, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design. Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure design alignment with business strategies. Oversee and participate in design execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines for both the company and its clients. Conduct design audits and prepare proposals and provide actionable insights for improvement.
