Job Description

Looking after the sales & orders of sheet metal of various thicknesses & grades. Building new customers telephonic communications. Maintain good communication with old & new customers by handling their sales enquiries, making quotations, negotiation & order finalization. Basic technical understanding of grades of sheet metal to keep data. Maintain all records of sales enquiry & quotation on google sheets & on software. Make & send purchase invoice to the customer & maintain customer details. Using tally for various applications. Coordinate with internal production team, import & dispatch coordinator to get a regular update on ongoing orders. Communicate with transporter to get reasonable transport rates. Build communication between transporter & customer to maintain easy flow of goods. Maintain payment details of customers and reach out to them for payment related queries.
