Job Description

Sales Coordinator The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for customers. This candidate will keep schedules and provide feedback, documentation, and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance. Experience: 2+ years' experience in any field Location - Panipat and Rohtak Responsibilities: Coordinate sales teams Assure quality of sales-related equipment and update if necessary Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements To consolidate reports of day-to-day sales activities of the respective zone Organized and possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage paperwork Coordinating with customers for pre- and post-dispatch formalities Follow-up for payment as per agreed terms Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy. To meet customers after the finalization of the order and discuss all terms & conditions in front of the salesperson so that no confusion will be there at the time of final payment collection Develops strong customer relationships through appropriate client communication and the use of Professional, Courteous, and Ethical Interpersonal Interaction Ability to multitask Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Skills: Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving Strong verbal and written communication skills Salary Package: 3 LPA to 6.5 LPA (negotiable, depending upon the interview) Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM ( 6 days working Wednesday would be fixed weekly off ) Share Your resume at career@regalokitchens.com or Drop me a WhatsApp message at 9311470083
